Founded in 2019 and currently with 6 projects ready for you to learn by doing, for example:

• Build a Web3 App with Solidity + Ethereum Smart Contracts.
• Mint your own NFT collection and ship a Web3 app to show them off.
• Create your own mini turn-based NFT browser game.
• Build a Web3 app on Solana with React and Rust.
• Ship your own custom NFT collection on Solana w / Metaplex in a weekend.
• Build your own DAO with just Javascript in a weekend.

Also a very exciting project coming up:

• Ship your own defi dapp on avalanche.

Personally, I have already done all the available projects and I can say that the experience has been fabulous in every way, the way they guide you step by step and very clear you are generating advances that you can see and they make the projects very exciting, something really important is the discord community of around 35,000 developers on which I want to focus this publication and this analysis.

In the community you can find developers from many countries who in the different project channels contribute together to achieve a common goal, learn web3 and finish the projects. From what you can see people who help each other, people who live and learn together.

An important detail to note is that the participants have very different types of training, preparation and experience, which makes this community very valuable since they all have the same objective:

Building the future of the Internet.

To get to know this community in depth and be able to make the most of it, the most important thing is to understand it, I propose the following ideas:

Make a complete descriptive statistical analysis in order to understand the following:

Nationalities of community members, Years of development experience JavaScript experience (years), React experience (years), Experience with Solidity, Experience with Rust.

This can be done with very simple and short surveys either on the same discord or on twitter, the intention of this is to be able to locate different groups:

Newbies to web3 and no programming experience New to web3 with programming experience People with knowledge of web3 Community members with projects in development

By having this information, different strategies can be generated to accelerate this great community:

1. Generate new content so that anyone without experience can do it. (Flash course and essential JavaScript or React) the minimum necessary to do the projects.
2. Make the content of the projects adaptable and understandable for all types of users.
3. Being able to generate new content based on the level of experience that most users have.
4. Accompany the members of the community to advance their projects. ex: Improve the design, add functionalities or include new ones.

Be the first to generate content for children, so that they can develop web3 applications in a very simple and intuitive way.

Seek to be as accessible as possible: Translate the content into at least two languages: Spanish and Portuguese. But this can be defined when getting the survey results. I propose at least Spanish since there is a large community of developers in Latin America in countries such as: Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Peru and many others, who do not necessarily speak or understand English, therefore to give them the possibility of enjoying these contents is worth translating.

All members are valuable no matter how active they are. Activities should be generated for users to decide in which they are interested in participating (Demo day, review of specific topics, how to improve your Dapp, featured members, welcome new members, generation of developer portfolios, how to safely upload your projects to github).

Partnerships, perks and special deals - give more dynamism to existing ones such as Alchemix, take advantage of approaches with Open Zepelin, AWS Credits, Replit (free hacker plan) these can be delivered during live events by giving a keyword to claim a poap, the poap will have the code to claim the perks or special deals. In addition to Building a no code solution so that all interested can acquire them (I am currently building it!!)

Make Buildspace an absolute reference for companies or creators who want to hire web3 Devs among their projects. That the NFTs obtained by completing projects are recognized as "proof of work" to hire a person. NFTs have the recognition they deserve given the projects are real cases that are used every day. Ex: A community member posts that obtained one of the NFTs on LinkedIn or any other platform and generate interaction with HR personnel looking for Web3 Devs.

In conclusion, these are just some proposals that I propose for the development and acceleration of this wonderful community that Buildspace has created. Create Value!!
